Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
