Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Quarry Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
