Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Birch Energy Group is an energy provider in Portland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Portland. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
