Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Portland, OR)

Redstone Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Portland. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
