Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Kestrel Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
