Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Cross Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Pittsburgh region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
