Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Thistle Construction Group is a Pittsburgh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
