Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in Phoenix with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
