Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Union Facilities Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
