Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
