Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ashton Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 578 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
