Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Orlando. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
