Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Ember Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
