Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Omaha, NE)

Nova Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Omaha. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 631 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
