Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Omaha, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
