Summit Vista Manufacturing is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 627 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure.
