Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Corner Auto Group Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates.
