Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Omaha. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
