Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
