Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Birch Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Oklahoma City. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
