Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Nashville, TN)

Summit Keystone Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
