Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Umber Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Nashville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 749 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
