Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
