Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Nashville focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
