Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Minneapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 598 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
