Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Wren Foods produces packaged foods at its Minneapolis plant, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with sanitation schedules.
