Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Ashton Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
