Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Yarrow Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
