Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meadow Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
