Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Forge Energy Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
