Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Rowan Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 612 people based in Miami. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
