Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Miami. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
