Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vale Manufacturing Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 535 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
