Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Hollow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 674 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
