Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

Summit Corner Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
