Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Madison, WI)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners is an energy provider in Madison focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
