Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Madison, WI)

Stonegate West Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Madison region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
