Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Madison, WI)

Redstone Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Madison focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Madison. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings.
