Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Oak Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
