Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Keystone Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Louisville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 658 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
