Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Louisville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
