Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
