Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
