Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Cross Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
