Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Meridian Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
