Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
