Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
