Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
