Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Las Vegas working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
