Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Cedar Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Las Vegas, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
